Second Shift does not have a contact form. We find them inhospitable. A well-written email tells us a great deal about how a person thinks — and whether our methods will fit yours. Send the email below; we will reply within two working days.
Correspondence

- I. The shape of your business. What you sell, how many of you there are, roughly how long you've been at it.
- II. The thing keeping you up. Not the symptom — the actual friction. "Follow-ups eat my Fridays" is more useful than "we need automation."
- III. What you've tried. Zapier flows, a VA, a bit of software that you abandoned. Honest archaeology helps.
- IV. Three times you're free for thirty minutes. UK business hours. We keep a short calendar so we can confirm within the working day.
We don't need a long email — half a page is enough. What matters is that you've written it rather than pasted it.
Response time
Within two working days, usually by end of the same day. If we can't help, we say so and occasionally suggest someone who can.
The call
Thirty minutes, over video. No deck. No sales pitch. We ask questions; you answer; we decide together whether there's a next step.
Cost
The call is free. The written diagnosis that follows is also free. The first paid step is the setup, and only if we both agree there's work to do.
Confidentiality
We operate under a standing NDA from first contact. If you would like that written down before the call, ask and we'll send one.
We read every email ourselves. We reply to every one. There is no inbox filter, no SDR, no automated triage.
